Trauma is caused when a person experiences something deeply distressing. It could be an emotional or physical event that has led to PTSD, depression, stress or anxiety.

This counselling service is focused on identifying what your triggers are for these feelings and what methods we can put in place to soothe those emotions.

I believe everyone has the inner resources to overcome trauma, stress and anxiety, and it’s my job to help you find that within yourself. I do this by giving you a safe space to talk with ease without fear of judgement or criticism.

Through our sessions we will build new pathways to help you move forward, rebuild relationships and find happiness in your life.
